A nighttime voyage from Beirut with the Christian Phalange leader Bashir Jamayel. We escape Syrian snipers and shoot out the lights of a curious coaster on the high seas and return with fresh soldiers and supplies. I share a cab to the hotel with Don McCullin the famous war photographer.
