This second instalment of Fifteen Minute Friday and wow what a leap to fit all the stuff into fifteen minutes but it's fun thanks for joining. I look forward to keep making them better.

This episode is all about self talk and how we are really great at negative self talk yet pretty shitty at the positive side of things. We give ourselves a hard time so often, harder than we would ever give our friends and our loved ones.

So give yourself a break already. You're doing amazing things. Waking up everyday and taking on the day is great. Learn to appreciate that and wow will you ever pick up steam to do more cool shit, all the cool shit you want to do.
