In this episode I have a great conversation with Captain Erin McShane of the U.S. Army.

During this conversation we discuss her military career, the struggles she overcame obstacles, challenges and failure to become the 2nd female in the Army to graduate both Ranger School and the Sapper Leader Course.  We discuss military transition and how to continue service beyond the uniform.  Erin is the Author of “Shave Your Head”, a book to help people prepare for the rigors of Ranger School.
