Melissa is an ultrarunner running coach, blogger, vlogger, mom and the Wellness
Coordinator at the Pulaski County Health Department. She is a race director and the
co-founder and coordinator of the Frog Fitness Group. Her passion is to help people be the best they can be by helping them do hard things and inspiring them to pursue spiritual, physical, mental and emotional health.
Melissa is the host of the The Joy Filled Runner and the Sharpened runner podcasts. She is an ambassador for Hokaoneone, Midwest Endurance Co, and the Bass Pro Fitness Series.
