In this episode, I discuss why Personal Development is important and why you need to make time for it.  One of my favorite quotes is “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” -Abraham Lincoln. The takeaway is that the sharper you are in mind, body and spirit, the better equipped you are to execute tasks, and handle life’s challenges.

I describe a simple framework I learned to maintain balance in the critical areas of life that enhance your growth and the challenges of 5 simple daily habits that have proven to enhance your happiness.  Personal Growth enables you to handle life’s challenges and struggles and enables you to live a happier life.
