In this episode I have a great conversation with Craig Horstman and Stephanie Valdivia- former guests from Episode 1 and 2. We review our year together and discuss the importance of accountability, personal growth and development, our tribe of people, and the way ahead.
Craig Horstman is a retired First Sergeant in the U.S. Army, a husband, and father of five children. He currently works for United Shield Life Insurance as an independent life insurance agent. He uses his knowledge of programs offered by the government and by civilian insurance companies to educate transitioning service members to help them make the best decisions for themselves and their families as they separate from the military.
He is an active member of his church where he sits on the church board and sings as part of the praise team, he is a Legionaire for 1st Phorm, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
