This nearly 2 hour mix is medium-high energy. Starts out with some electronic/synthy tracks, then moves into more classic Disco and some pop music. Almost all is 70's-80's vintage. Bouncy, good energy (I think). Ideal for everything from dancing nostalgically around the house to cleaning the house, maybe both at the same time.
