Ep. 1 - Intro to Me and the Show

Happy New Year! In this episode I introduce you all to me with some background on my experience with divorce and being a single dad.

You’ll learn in this episode why I am qualified to speak on this topic, only touching the surface of my life experiences that bring me to where I am today.

My personal experience incudes going through 3 divorces over the last 17 years, being a single dad for a time after each one of them.

My goal with this show is to help dads going through a divorce or considering divorce or already done with it, to navigate the complexities and stresses of it all, and to help arm them with knowledge and insights and tools to make it as painless as possible for themselves and the kids, and even help it be a time of massive growth and connection for themselves and their kids.
