The urge to binge will convince you that you MUST give in and that it’s the ONLY way you can feel relief. In this episode, I share an analogy of viewing the urge to binge like a child throwing a tantrum. Once you shift your perspective of how you view the urge to binge, you will remind yourself that you’re so much stronger than the urge and the discomfort will eventually go away.
