Ep. 28: A Conversation with a Distiller (Part 2)

Our friend Eric Jett is back again this week and we're tasting a bourbon whiskey from the distillery where he works. We discuss a bit about where various flavor notes come from in the distillation process, and take a deeper dive into theology and hear some of Eric's testimony.
