Celebrating diversity month Proud To Be celebrates leaders who have created work and brand cultures that support the idea that it's good to be different and welcome diversity in the workforce. We'll be discussing the importance of inclusion and diversity within organisations, initiatives to remove unconscious bias, or ways brands could do more to challenge their status quo. Proud to be female, proud to be gay, proud to be black, proud to be different or just simply proud to be.
