Uncle Scotty passed away this summer, after taking full responsibility for his health and proactively working to beat cancer twice. Originally told he had six months to live after a Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma diagnosis, he made massive changes that allowed him to live with vigor, passion, and enthusiasm for another 7+ years.

In this conversation, Uncle Scotty talks about his transition from "Bourbon Monk" to more "Holistic Hillbilly," and shares about the power of breath, nutrition, movement, nature, and especially about the power of Love.
