Our guest, Ben Smith, was once told that durability trumps ability every day. We need to be learning or practicing Sustainable principles. What does that mean for you and me? It means that if we want to be durable, we have to listen to our bodies (just because we can lift heavy doesn’t necessarily mean we should… just because I can run a marathon, doesn’t mean it’s going to be the best for my knees in the long run?!)
