My chiropractor, Dr Denny Warren, of Generations Health and Wellness Center does monthly webinars which are always interesting and beneficial. He recently discussed a subject that caught my attention and I thought it would be of interest to my followers as well. Most of us would agree that if we sit all day and do nothing else it would not be beneficial to our health. What is surprising is that even if you get in a good workout before work, if you then go to your job and sit for 8 hours, you are doing damage to your spine and the rest of your body, especially since most of us do not have appropriate posture when we are sitting.
