When I heard Jennifer speaking on another podcast “The Real Heal” with Dr. Renee Wellenstein, I literally looked her up and messaged her immediately.

Jennifer was so real and so spot on with thoughts and tips revolving around weight loss and weight loss frustrations. I knew our Direction Not Perfection community needed some of this truth and wisdom in our tool bag!

Jennifer created the weight loss academy for women who were tired of living with strict diet rules and constantly feeling deprived, these women wanted something different.
