Many may think of this as The Law OF Attraction. The idea is that you invite things into your life by thinking of them regularly. I am a firm believer in this myself. I feel that our words and thoughts are both powerful enough to shape our reality. Of course, you have to believe and work towards it as well. Just because you're thinking it, doesn't make it automatically appear.
We all have experienced stress that sparked a negative emotion or thought. The true power is not allowing the negative to power your feelings. It is important that you actively manipulate your thoughts during your low moments to overshadow whatever is triggering you.
In this episode, I share ways and reasons for you to begin to think positively, especially during the moments when it is most difficult.
