As the year progresses, and we get further away from the beginning of it. It can become discouraging if you're in the same place as before, but you planned on making more progress than you've experienced. Our personal growth and motivation comes from the progress that we see courselves making. If that progression isn't there, our fire begins to die down.

In this episode, I talk about how it;s not too late to start today. Just because you aren't where you expected to be at this point, isn't enough reason for you not to begin.
