Our mind has thousands of thoughts daily, not all of them positive. 100% of our thoughts can't be uplifting. Many of them are the total opposite of that. We can do our best to control them, but some negative ones will slip through the cracks. This is the time when you take control and not give too much energy to the negative ones. The only things that are true, are the things that we accept.
