Shawn Hogan

Comedian Shawn Hogan also happens to be my roommate! We happened to get really into self improvement and designing your life around the same time, and so have a lot to talk about when it comes to changing your life. Shawn in particular has done a lot of work on himself in the last few years. We talk about admitting to yourself when you have a problem, learning to ask for help, how to gather the tools you need to become the person you want to be.
