The Holy Bible has remained my unwavering sanctuary through my life's discouragements.

I want to share a comforting Bible verse that brought peace to my troubled mind and soul.

This verse helped me find comfort when facing rejection, unworthiness, and lack of love from others, including family and relationships.

The verse reads: "My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your Word.”

This is from the Book of Psalms, Chapter 119: Verse 28, in the Holy Bible, New International Version, Old Testament.

I allowed those divine Words of God to roll over and over in my thoughts day and night until my soul began to heal.
