The wall represents life
The ladder represents where you are on your journey through life
Everyone is standing on different rungs of the ladder
The person at the top and the person at the bottom are going to have a hard time relating.
The person at the top may not remember what it's like to struggle.
The person at the bottom has no idea of what the person at the top had to do to get there.
Most influence happens between those who are on the same rung, just above or just below each other.
Help those just below you come up to your level
Model those who are above you so you can reach their level.
