Hosted by Dr. Allan Gray, DIALed IN is a webcast that features digital systems innovation at the startup and corporate levels. Dr. Gray explores the achievements and challenges that entrepreneurs experience as they develop novel solutions that impact the agri-food industry. Discussion topics are centered around, but not limited to: food traceability/transparency; food/consumer choice; labor challenges; data interoperability; fintech; and environment/social/governance. Dr. Allan Gray, has 20+ years of experience in agriculture management, business strategy, and research. He has served as a Professor in Agricultural Economics at Purdue University since 1998. He also is the Land O’Lakes Chair in Food and Agribusiness, and the Executive Director of DIAL Ventures, the innovation arm of the Purdue Applied Research Institute.
