Anna shares her anxiety over a recent shooting in Russia at the University she attends. Admitting to harboring the guilt of being lucky, she opens another door in the process of self-discovery with the help of Dhammarato. He explains how thinking about fearful moments and being compassionate with the victims of the event are ways to practice Dukkha. Instead, telling yourself that you are safe and secure in your immediate little world of senses is a way of getting rid of the Dukkha, Dukkha Niroda - a new skillful approach to living.
