Dhammarato answers Anna's question about his personal story of finding comfort and security in here and now. While on the topic of the "search for one's purpose", he brings the idea of life as "a dance where you can just dance without asking WHY you are dancing". In the second part of the conversation, Dhammarato talks Anna through practice of Anapanasati, ie noticing the anxiety-producing thoughts, taking a big breath, and intentionally Nurturing yourself into relaxation.
