If we can truly 'just observe', without distorting our experience through liking and disliking; without being influenced by aversion, greed or delusion; without identifying and making it 'me' or 'mine'; we can see things as they rally are and develop profound insight, enabling us to let go and experience the true Dhamma in our heart.
