We’re going into a subject I have been navigating privately until now. In this episode, I’m sharing my journey of some low-key religious trauma to other trauma I have experienced actually routing me back to God. From being shunned by the Catholic Church to cults to finding my way back to my faith, it’s been a wild ride. 

I talk about what it means to detach from the conditioning, to question the version of God you were handed, and to build a relationship with faith that feels true to you.
