At 20 years old, while handling 21 units in college and playing sports full-time, Cody Askins decided that he would be THE top insurance agent ever. He also pledged to himself that he’d earn $100,000 in his first year--not an ambitious goal for such a competitive and driven person. By the time of his first anniversary as an agent, Cody didn’t have $100,000 in his bank account.
Cody had surpassed his target earnings in just his 8th month. He joins us in this episode to talk about his mentality that led him to own and operate 7 insurance-based companies. This same mentality is also a major reason Cody is destined to achieve. His personal mission now is to train, mentor, and motivate insurance agents all over the world to operate at their highest level. Part of this mission is training agents to do these 3 things better.
