About Gia:
Gia is a coach and facilitator, working with people across ages and sectors in stress, resilience, nutrition, and overall well being. As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, Gia dedicates time to working with and for other survivors and people needing
supportive tools for recovery and healing. Born and raised in England to South Asian parents, Gia moved to the USA 18 years ago, and currently lives on Piscataway Land (Alexandria, VA). She is an eternal student, and is particularly interested in trauma, resilience, somatics, and complexity.
