Annaliese shares her family's story about running  a dairy in Wisconsin. Something she said towards the end of our conversation has stuck with me, "If you don't tell your story, someone else will." 

She lets us into the insight how how they run their operation and how her family and other dairies treat their cows as athletes and the cow's comfort and care is their top priority.
