James is the creator behind the hit VH-1 soap "Hit the Floor" about a sexy, sassy pro-basketball dance team (Go Devil Girls!) and the shirtless hunks who bed them and occasionally each other!  They discuss the show's recent gay twist, James' winding road to showrunner and that project on his resume that keeps on giving; "Spring Break Shark Attack."
