Ep43: Hot Takes - Harriet on Coaching as the Catalyst from VA to Booked Out OBM

I loved revisiting this episode with Harriet Evans, one of my previous long term Coaching clients for this ‘hot take’ episode, taken from something we recorded almost two years ago!

She talks about her journey from motorsport event world, to becoming a VA, intentionally choosing me as her coach to help her uncover her strengths, make a practical plan for her business and pivot from VA to booked out OBM in under 12 weeks.

We also discuss the Coaching relationship we had and how I always asked her to dive deeper into her thoughts and reasoning, so that everything she did felt in alignment with who she was and what she wanted to do.

It’s a positive and inspiring chat about transitions and what can unfold so magically when you put grit and determination into your business.
