Commit or Quit!

Brett discusses people's unwillingness to be honest with themselves about the job they have versus the career they want to have and often times, people look for the easy way out and temporarily give up on the job they claim they want to take a job to serve them in the moment. All the while, not realizing that they are just holding themselves back in the long run. You have to either commit to the goal or career you want or quit to do something that will serve you better. Stop pretending and make it happen...or get out of the way for the rest of us who are committed to making it happen!
