Hi Guys!
I hope you can find ten minutes in the mom cracks of time to try this.
- Get comfortable
- Set a timer
- Take a few deep breaths
- Close the eyes
- Tune in to the sounds around you
- Scan from head to toe, checking in with the body...go all the way to the pinky toes
- Notice the breath going in and out When you notice you’re thinking come back to watching the breath
- When your timer goes off, open your eyes, notice how you feel
