Your Savior Complex is Also Your Pattern of Codependency

Have you ever felt that you were responsible for someone’s healing or wellbeing? And if you weren’t in the picture or if you didn’t tend to their needs they would be a wreck and couldn’t take care of themselves or something terrible would happen to them? In this episode, I discuss how this pattern of relating known as codependency, when it goes unchecked and unnoticed evolves and becomes what can be seen as a Savior Complex.
