It is easy today to notice how disconnected men are from their emotional sensitivity and how this lack of self-awareness and emotional intelligence has and continues to lead to violent outbursts of rage and violence towards other men and women. In this episode, I want to focus on of the biggest reasons I believe men lose sensitivity to their emotions and how they affect others.
