Why I Dont Actually Value Productivity

I think productivity is over-glorified, over-valued, and over-emphasized in our culture. The glorification of productivity conditions us to externalize our value and believe that our worth does not exist beyond what we are capable of producing and doing for others. In this episode, I also unpack and explore what the obsession with productivity, being busy, and chasing goals is helping us avoid.
