Can you please tell me a little bit about yourself?

-From Switzerland and moved to the US 12 years ago for work.

-2 years ago Mario started his own company.

What is one myth about starting a business that you want to debunk?

-It’s difficult to start a business in California. Keep on moving with plans.

-When it comes to difficulties and failures, do not be let down. Keep on moving.

Never stop or think you can’t do it. Impossible spells out I’m possible.

What have you learned from failures?

-Failures are not truly failures, just a stepping stone and a problem you could not solve.

What makes a person successful?

-Hard work.

-Don’t get let down by anything in life – not just business.

-You can find a way.

What resources helped you along the way?

-Learn from people who did it.

-Read books and magazines.

-No one knows everything.

What is your main message for listeners?

Never get let down and work hard. Like climbing a mountain – keep going. It’s not impossible. You need to act. You can do better than others You need to believe in yourself to reach your goal and believe you can do it.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with listeners?

-Never get let down because you never know what’s going to happen.

-Having a business takes dedication and frustration.

Why do you think that it’s important to celebrate the journey?

-Celebrate everything, even the small stuff.

-Be grateful for the first payment or check.

-It’s a process.
