Body Image: In Relation To Adolescents

My name is Kaelin Vu and I’m the founder of Dear Lovely Universe. I created this platform to be utilized for all regardless of age, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. My goal is that by discussing topics and challenges that I feel are important to share, it will, in turn, inspire and motivate others to strive towards growth.

I’m so excited to share this one with you guys because body image has been a huge challenge in my life and I feel that it is very prevalent in our Western Culture, as well as many other cultures.

This is a great podcast for you if you’ve ever compared yourself to others, felt uncomfortable in your own skin, care too much about what others think about you, or have low self-esteem.
