This quick chat with Mother Wound Coach Michaila Tyson gives us a little window into growing up with a covert narcissist. If you’ve ever struggled with someone in your life and it’s just been confusing and different to any other relationship and you can’t quite put your finger on what’s going on or why and you feel like you are living in a parallel universe, you may be dealing with a covert narcissist. This narcissist type is not big, loud and confident. They are very low key and yet highly manipulative all at the same time. You may receive microscopic doses of love and then as soon as you see the love, and as soon as you begin to lean into the love, it's taken away again and it’s just living in a state of confusion.
