Dear Life Warriors, this is one of our more serious episodes. We are with the amazing Marc Agboka, who was diagnosed with a mental health disorder. In this episode he was very open about his process and what it takes to continue living with such a diagnosis. He was able to turn something that people see as an illness into a business and founded Mental Health & Music Foundation, healing through music.
