As much as I have tried at times to avoid this like the plague…lol… the truth of the matter is, exercising is healthy for you when done correctly. Seek guidance from your physician if you begin a workout regimen which potentially cause you more harm than health! However, as time goes on and I begin to see that there are many things that are beyond my control. The one thing I can control is the amount of exercise I do in a day, week or in a month. So I have decided to figure this exercise thing out once again. Not only for my physical health but also for my mental health. Who is with me? I am working on the best version of me!
