The Speed Cannon is ready, but Jay Garrick may not be ready to go home quite yet. Professor Stein is still on the mend, and begins exhibiting strange Firestorm-like behavior that he can't control! But of course everything becomes more complicated when Lisa Snart shows up at STAR Labs injured and with a bomb in her head!
