God, thank you for always being with me, especially when I face difficult things and feel overwhelmed. Please give me strength for today. Today, in the moments ahead, show me what you want me to see. Help me to experience your promise of presence in a tangible way. Please draw close so I can know you and your overflowing, abiding love for me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
