DOM Ep164 - The Stockdale Family Murders

The Stockdale's were a salt of the earth, hard working, wholesome family who loved working their small farm in Ohio. They also had a family band, and traveled the country playing Bluegrass music to thousands of people. They stepped far outside their comfort zone in 2008 when they reluctantly appeared on the ABC reality show "Wife Swap". The episode drew quite a bit of attention when it aired, but the Stockdale's quickly resumed their normal quiet life- that is until they were thrust back into the spotlight in June of 2017 when son Jacob, for reasons that are still unknown, murdered his mother and youngest brother before attempting to take his own life.  (Subject Matter Begins @ 3:54)
