Welcome to my 100th episode! This talk was given on morning 1, of the Southern Dharma Metta Vipassana Retreat in March 2018. This "back to basics" instructional talk introduces and emphasizes the importance of developing an anchor in practice, while pointing out that this is a preliminary skill, not the end sum game.
