Citta: a Talk

This talk, given at the Durango Dharma Center https://www.durangodharmacenter.org/ was offered to the weekly Monday night class. The concept and practice of citta is defined and outlined, from the discourses of the pali canon, as well as the abhidharma and current ideas from the emotional intelligence movement.
