What if the Chernobyl disaster was not an accident, but a planned event constructed to cover up a very expensive Russian military disaster? Today we are talking about a conspiracy theory that states a very powerful Russian politician orchestrated the Chernobyl disaster to cover up the fact that his personal project, the Duga Radar Detection System, a project he spent seven billion government dollars on, was a total and complete failure. Is it possible that someone could be so evil? I think we are in agreement that it is. The question is, did it happen?
