She has not only become an authentic and highly-respected leader but also helped many women physicians develop leadership skills in their careers and lives.  She is also an executive coach and founder of GutGirlMD. Along with two other amazing women physicians, she is organizing the first annual ACE (Authenticity, Courage, Empowerment) Conference for Women Physicians in San Antonio, Texas on April 28 to May 1st, 2022.
