Would we need Psychedelic to Evolve with Agility ? Or,  how do we kick, spark or engage team to be innovative ? Or we are wrong and we should evolve, not transform ?



Inspired by the Work of Terence McKenna and my Own reflection from my learning with him in culture, innovative mindset and my years of agility together. "If you don’t have a plan, you become part of somebody else’s plan.”



Some thought from the Ape, Stoned Ape Hypothesis to Human Subsumption with nature over culture to achieved evolution over transformation. How reflecting on this theory should help us, agile people, coach and innovator, to really expand the uncovering of new ways in creating a new world of work and exchange ?
