#3 My shocking first yoga class in Mysore India

In this episode I am telling the story of my first ever yoga class in Mysore India with Ashtanga vinyasa yoga master Sri. V. Sheshadri at the Mysore yoga shala. I was extremely jet lagged and a bit nervous. What happen in class was shocking and hilarious and sent me on some kind of universal mid life crisis, existential freak out that was amazing.
